This is an internal evaluation instrument, not a deployed study. It measures self-reported confidence and time spent on one routine task. It does not verify learning gains, credentials, or purchasing demand.
Use a fictional or non-sensitive teaching task only. Do not enter names, student records, staff details, school names, or confidential material. No free-text fields are collected. Results stay in this browser unless you choose to export a CSV.
You may leave questions blank. An exported record will show missing values. Timing comparisons are descriptive only and do not establish causation.

1. Before training: confidence ratings
Choose 1 = strongly disagree through 5 = strongly agree. You may select "Not answered."
2. Optional task timing
Pick one low-risk, non-sensitive task, such as drafting a fictional lesson opener. Measure a first attempt without AI, then a comparable attempt with an approved AI tool. Use the same quality standard; do not enter private information.

Timers record elapsed seconds in local browser storage only. A reset discards the measurement for that condition. Closing the page while a timer is running cancels that run.
3. After training: confidence and usability
Repeat the four ratings after completing the course or pilot experience.
A learner's positive rating is not evidence of institutional willingness to pay. Price testing requires separate qualified-buyer conversations.
4. Review and export
CSV exports can be opened in spreadsheet software. Do not combine with participant identity or use results for personnel evaluation. The file is stored wherever your browser saves downloads.
